It was a pleasure meeting Tracy and James at the Nashville Fit Show, where Carbon Culture and Body Bailout were both sponsors. They invited us to come visit the gym, and we made plans to work out there on a Friday afternoon. Upon arrival, Tracy gave us a tour of their beautiful facility. From the posing room to the individual shower rooms, to the two stories packed with equipment, it was impressive, to say the least! If you are in the Murfreesboro area and looking for a new gym, this is definitely one you should consider!!
