As a posing coach, I've also helped 100+ athletes with their stage presentation. Yes. Members can train 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — Christmas and Thanksgiving included. Front-desk staffing is lighter on holidays, but the floor is always live.
Our monthly memberships run on a 12-month agreement — that's how we keep the rate this low and the floor this good. If you'd rather not commit, prepaid plans and day, week and month passes have no contract at all. Either way, you sign up in person at the front desk.
